Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store policies, products, and operational procedures
- Help train, mentor, and motivate new team members to foster a collaborative team environment
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and support team success
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or GED required
Comfortable wearing western boots while working
Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
